Halo 3: ODST was released on September 22, 2009 and has already sold 1.5 million copies – an average of 54,285 per day. That’s a lot of gamers who paid too much for an average game.

My guess is the Halo: ODST sales will see a significant drop in a couple weeks.

Remember, Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 will be available on November 10th. Only a week later we’ll be bashing zombies skulls with crowbars on November 17th.
